Employment Contract

Under the Employments Rights Act 1996 (ERA 1996), it is a legal requirement for Employers to provide their employees with a written statement of their main terms and conditions of employment. This Contract can be applied to a wide variety of jobs.

Partnership Agreement

This agreement is a basic two page legal document which covers the key issues arising in a straightforward partnership arrangement. It provides for equal capital contributions, and the equal sharing of profits and losses. It anticipates that all partners involved will work full time in the business, and that they will manage the business jointly.

When providing services in the course of business, the value of a service agreement (also known as a service contract) cannot be understated. A service agreement ensures that both parties know exactly what is expected of them, what their obligations are, what their rights are, and how the transaction is to proceed. This template has been reviewed and updated for compatibility with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which entered into force on 1st October 2015. This agreement is suitable for use with a wide range of services and can thus be applied to many every-day service contracts. This document is designed for use by a service provider.
